Online Smile Assessment

Taking an online smile assessment for Dr. David Jolley is as easy as one-two-three! All you do is:

1. Take a selfie of your teeth together in your natural “bite.”
2. Lean your head back and take a selfie of the top arch of your teeth. Lower your head and take a selfie of the bottom arch of your teeth.
3. Text the pictures to (361) 967-8100, and we will text you back with the best options for your orthodontic treatment.

You are under no obligation to accept the options that our orthodontist will text you. This is simply to give you an idea of what orthodontic services your alignment is compatible with. We will not share your photos with anyone else. (Note that texts may not be 100% secure based on your carrier and phone type and that you consent to these communications.)
